You can not sponsor your self to work in the UK. The employer that gave the job must have a tier 2 sponsorships certificate. The certifate from your employer is what you need to apply for a work visa. If the employer did not have a sponsorship certificate then they have no right to bring anyone from abraod. 3 Likes 1 Share |
