I applied and have my proof of payment, the status of my application was pending, until when I checked again and couldn't find any trace of my application again, all wiped off from their DB. The NPF needs an explanation on the whereabout of my application and payment.

I applied for the permit, and the status was pending for several months, not until last week, when i checked my dashboard, the payment I made has been deleted from the dashboard. Mails were sent and no reply. Who is to be blamed? I am waiting till when stories go come up, as i have the proof of payment and screenshots of everything.
