I got a message from one Tolulope in Bristow HR today to confirm in how many sittings I made 5 credits in SSCE and my class of degree..

Does this mean they are getting to us soon? Who else got a similar email?

What was the psychometric test like?
The bristow selection process involes 5 stages
Stage1- aptitude test ( 4 papers- eng, math, mechanical reasoning and essay writing)
Stage 2- one on one oral interview with a captain
Stage 3- CCT ( complex cordination test)
Stage 4- interview with panel
Stage 5- medical
Cross this stages and you will be on your way to IAC ilorin for 3 month then the next 1year six months in florida.

@Damsifrank, the psychometric was just shapes and you have to find a pattern. The thing get as e be but I know say na there I stop.

Thank you for the breakdown on the stages. Please can U give more details on stage 3 involving the complex coordination? What is it about and the expectation?

How was the atlantic aviation interview that you did at ProSpace building like? do you have any idea of how many people that were selected by them. abi dem just use us play by not selecting anybody cos i have not heard anybody selected by them

I hear they took 6 persons. They have even signed training form for CFC in Florida and have their uniform measurements....

Seriously speaking the interviews weren't so difficult it was the psychometric test that was something else.

Please who knows the various stages of BRISTOW HELI? I need to start prep ASAP...

U are right about the use of off-point questions to destabilize your focus and see how you can balance up. I remember during my interview I was still trying to articulate and convince the interviewer on my skills and why I wanted to be a pilot when she interjected and asked why I think fewer ladies will apply for a pilot position....I had to "reboot", "refresh" and "restart" my head instantly and attempt the question without making smirking statements that would seem like i'm casting aspersions against the female gender......so I think those questions were just to see your ability to reason on varying platforms/subjects and still make absolute sense.

I did the application and test successfully and submitted. i used google chrome on a PC.

But i didn't get any email as to success or failure o! feeling kinda worried cos i think i did well in the test (my own assessment tho)

Where they train their pilots? (I know Bristow trains their cadets in NCAT Zaire & Bristow Academy in Florida)
And of course what their pay is like?

I applied for the compliance position (experienced hire) in August i think, anybody who also applied to this function who got a test invite cos i'm feeling somehow now.

Been checking my emails every 5mins (lol*sad-face*)

My test went well, I had the code RC and my questions were basically on Control and Compliance (30Qs) then numerical (10) and verbal (10).


....i want to thank all those that responded to my request for the time in their test invite, was indeed helpful.

I pray we all do well. Does anyone know what the pay is like? I am really curious about that!

I was slated for Batch 2 @ 10.30am. Please who has Batch 3 and 4? I need to know the times so I can put a strategy in place.

The new details are out. But I have a problem now,

1) It is clashing at same time with my professional exam (confused much)..

2) The passport is unusually expanded as the background pic and i cannot print it

I wrote my test in Lagos. I have never received a call nor have I gotten my test result from TSL.

still keeping fingers crossed ! ! !...

I got an UNSUCCESSFUL mail.....

I'm deeply sad cos I prayed, did allnight, fasted, took 10 days leave from work to read, yet couldn't make it...

Not only that, I also get an unsuccessful mail from Ernst&Young too about same time.

Why are all these happening to me? I didn't block for my 2:1 o!

I just feel like a dunce, a great one! I just can't cry (dry eyes).... *sobbing*
