The current outbreak of the virus "monkey pox" in Nigeria, which has spread to at least seven states in Nigeria. A total of three major recorded human case of the virus occurred in the year 1977 and 1978 according to the centre for disease control, CDC.

The first recorded case of the virus occurred in Congo in the year 1970, then 1971 in Cote d'ivorie (one case) and two cases were recorded in Nigeria. Then in 1976, there were two recorded cases in Cameroon and again in Nigeria, in 1978, one case was recorded, since then, monkey pox has remained a disease of Western and central African countries, except in the year 2003 where 47 cases were recorded and reported in the US, which is the first record outside Africa.

The current outbreak in Nigeria is of West African origin and associated with milder disease, fewer deaths, and limited human-to-human transmission. Studies have shown that the monkey pox virus can cause a fatal illness in humans and, although it is similar to human smallpox which has been eradicated, it is much milder.. sources and preventions

postmortem examination conducted on Umueke Tagbo, the late friend of the star artiste Davido revealed that he died of suffocation.

The autopsy report was confirmed on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, by the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Edgar Imohimi. Tagbo reportedly died in company of Davido and his crew.

The autopsy doesn't offer more details. In related news, Davido has been reportedly re-arrested by the Nigerian Police Force to give a fresh account of what transpired on the night Tagbo died. Loopholes have been reportedly found in his earlier statement.

This report is coming a day after the brother of the late Tagbo, Chigbo had announced that the autopsy report circulating around the media was false.

In a chat with blogger, Linda Ikeji, on October 10, 2017, the brother to the late Tagbo, Chigbo said he was at the coroner's office when the news broke online. He built his own radio receiver and transmitter and got into ham radio operation when he was only eleven. "The woz" as he was nicknamed, became fascinated with computers as an eighth-grader. His room was filled with pictures of them. He designed and built a computer that won first prize at the Bay Area science fair.



Wozniak had a playful side, as well. He loved to play baseball and was big on practical jokes. In fact, he spent most of his first year at the university of Colorado playing practical jokes on his dorm mates. That summer, he met Steve Jobs, a high -strung, enterprising young man. He and jobs became best friends.

Jobs encouraged Wozniak to go into business of selling to college students a "blue box" he had built. The blue box was an illegal electronic device that could be used to make free long distance phone calls. The boxes cost $60 to make. Jobs and Wozniak sold them wholesale for $80. After selling about 200 boxes in 1973, they decided the business was too risky and closed shop.

Wozniak dropped out of school (college) and landed a job with HP ( Hewlett Packard), a major computer company. Jobs dropped out too, and travelled to India. Funny enough, he shaved his head and made a determination to study Buddhism. He soon got tired of meditating and returned to Cupertino, California where he got a job with Atari and hooked up again with "The Wiz".full story
