This is the distance from the beacon 2ft behind from the box pillar the land is actually measured 50/100 but fence don pass the 100 what must be done

Please people I need urgent response, my surveyor said the fence is okay and from measurements it's 2ft from the beacon and fencing is done already , is this not gonna be a problem? Please I need advice
