I sincerely believe that the laptop should belong to the person that shares offerup account with you. The fact that the seller didn't reply the 2 guys on letgo and only replied when he was sent a $100 while also indicating the $100 in the message shows that he is actually selling to the person that offered $100.

He even made update on offerup that he's 19 minutes away. If he was selling to the person that made the offer on letgo, there's no point updating on offerup.

He might have thought that the offer came from the same person cos of "95th and Ashland", hence his text to rakitic

Your wahala is getting too much for me ooooooo but I understand you now..

Rackiticbarca, You got fit pay N57, 350 as Idboyostic as suggested?

lionlee216:
It seems you are not getting me.

The Seller didn't respond to them both(frinx and Rackiticbarca offers. both negotiation were done on letgo) but he responded after the guy has chatted him up on offerup and negotiated $100 with him and said he will start coming. the moment he heard "95th and Ashland", He assumed he was talking to the same person and he now texted saying "I am on my way based on the $100 we discussed"

If 100$ wasnt discussed, he wouldnt have responded to my SMS. when he arrived, he said I hope You have the 100$ with you

That was what happened..

lionlee216:
The seller responded to rakiti message saying im on my way based on the 100$ we discussed but the it was my person that actually had discussion with him on offerup.

lionlee216:
Frinx gave me a deal of laptop, after which Rakiticbarca also sent me the same deal but with a different phone number but i didn't know it is the same laptop due to different numbers.. both were letgo

Now, A guy I am sharing my offerup account with also chatted with this seller on offerup and concluded on the laptop price for $100.. So the Seller now replied Rakiticbarca's sms saying I am on my way to deliver the laptop for $100 as discussed. Rakiticbarca negotiated $80 while frinx negotiated $70/$75.

So I got the laptop for $100 excluding pickup and shipping..

Abeg who is the rightful owner of the laptop??
