You can start selling Gala, Plantain chips and Lacassera on the road side with it. Profit comes the more you sell. Or use it to start rearing pigeons, Owl and other birds for those that need it(herbalists). Thats business.

Thank you for the idea, I have knowledge that gala yield more profit than the rest of them. Your whole idea is worth giving a try. once again thanks.

Business / Port Harcourt Seminer: How To Get Urgent Loan Using Co-oporative Advance Cash! by ideaclub: 4:44pm On Aug 09, 2015
Lots of people have great ideas to run different businesses that can make them lots of money. But the lack of finance can interrupt them from doing so and they think to avail it through bank loans. Small business loans are available everywhere for people who have already establish a business, but if your business is still in the pipeline, there is still hope for you.

First of all, you need to understand that every business loan is a risk for both the lender and the borrower. A promising business gives you the business owner the best chances of having your business loan request granted. While a good business history gives the lender the confident that he will get his money back.

Lenders will usually look at your gross annual sales and revenues, credit score, account balances, profitability, and length of time you've been in business.

For newbies in the business world, expect to be asked intensively about your business plans. Because the plan will help people to have a broad view of your business mission for getting the loan.

Because of these problem facing start-up business owners and those that are already in business, we have team up to organize a seminar on how to get urgent business loan use Cooperatve Advance Cash System (CACS).

Using Cooperative Cash Advance System as a new technique for getting business loan allows you to do almost anything for your business. You can pay taxes or debts, buy supplies, pay your employees, make repairs or remodelling, inventory, make new marketing and promotion materials, and expand your business establishment.

Cooperative Cash Advance System as a small business loan is very ideal for restaurant owners, retailers, medical clinics, and other new industries. Like I do as a restaurant owner. Staying afloat for small business is harder, especially with the recession.
Cooperative Cash Advance System is a quick solution for those emergency financial situations. After all, maintaining continuous cash flow for young establishments is difficult. With cash advance technique as an alternative business loan, you can get cash sooner and pay your loan easier.

The difference between a Cooperative Cash Advance System and the usual small business bank loan are:
(1) A Cooperative Cash Advance System does not require a detailed financial statement. Conventional business loans require 2-3 years worth of financial statements.

(2) Audited tax returns are not required for Cooperative Cash Advance System. Business loans from banks do.

(3) You only need to provide a guarantee against fraud or intervention.

(4) Application fees are not always required for this alternative business loan.

(5)No need for high credit scores. You only need to be subscribed to credit card services.

(6) Your collateral does not have to be all of your business assets.

(7) You can opt for a flexible weekly/monthly payment.

Drop your questions and comments while you stay tuned for seminar date, time and venue.

Business / Things To Avoid When Looking For Business Loan by ideaclub: 1:16pm On Aug 09, 2015
Your parents, brothers, sisters, distance relatives, old school mates, your social club and church members, anybody who is close to you may support you when you want to start your business. But be careful, make sure you detail out the conditions to the assistance they are offering you in writing to avoid future argument.

Friends and relatives may think that because they contributes part of the capital for your business, they are entitle to have a say on how the business should be run. Let them know if it is so or not, don’t leave them in any doubt about their status as far as the business is concern.

When are they likely getting their money back? Is it with interest? If they are to play any role in the business, would they be paid for it? If yes, how much? Putting these things in writing will eliminate any wrong notions that the people giving you assistance may be habouring.

You don’t want your relationship to go sour because of money. So guard against it.

till we meet again
