We are currently seeking qualified Business Analysts to join our team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing viable solutions.

Salary band: N200,000 - N300,000 (depending on skill set)

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to improve business processes
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Develop, test, and maintain business systems and applications
• Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Provide support and training to end-users

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• MUST BE proficient in Microsoft office 365
• Preferably a good understanding of Azure DevOps, Jira, LucidChart, Business Capability Mapping and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Data analysis and visualization
• Agile methodology

• Technical writing
• Presentation skills
