Yes, option 3 is the best. The exchange rate is what scares new bloggers now. When it was $1/N500, you'll be looking at N50K as start up capital. But at $1/N1700, that is huge investment for a business you may not be confident about.

Creating a blog can be done by you with guidance. Every set up is done by you. So, you've every business information to yourself. You're not depending on somebody to get along.

How much money you'll make is a function of your effort, energy and determination really.

And one more thing, you must be a good writer to excel in this business without spending additional money to hire freelance content writers to write for you consistently.

But the returns can be mind boggling if you know what I mean.

If you're not a good writer and not willing to learn as well, blogging is not for you

How can one start a blog?
Am good in sports(football) niche.

It depends on your budget and/or willing to invest to a start. Options are:

1. Totally free route using free blogs such as Blogger dot com or WordPress dot com. But you get sub domain to use which is not too professional e.g. https : // yoursubdomain . . com

2. Semi free start up using custom domain with free hosting. That is, register a domain name for $10 and about that same amount to
renew per year and configure it to free web hosting e.g. https: // yourdomainname . com.

3. Register a domain name and use self hosted WordPress blog where you've to pay for website hosting per year. It cost about $100 or less to tow this route. But it is the most rewarding because you assume landlord status while (1) and (2) above is like a tenant's status.

Options to monetize your blog is wide and flexible with option (3). But dollar exchange rate can be a problem now if you're on a tight budget and not willing to make sacrifice and invest forward.

Less than a week, I employed this boy o, to manage my gas filling retail business and POS.
He displayed passion, initiative and experience about the gas filling business and handling of POS....so I just took the chance, we also speak same language. I've been acting nice and all but I think I now know why most Nigerian bosses are mean to their workers by default

Second cylinder was started today by him......when I told him to calculate everything sold from first cylinder based on daily record book ....it felt short of 10kg

I'm boiling right now realizing the boy had lied to me when balancing the account this night using the record book, only to get home and power my phone to see cash fell short of 23k in my monie point acct linked to the POS

Don't arrest him yet. People around may see you as a bad person and it will be difficult to find person to work for you.

You need hard evidence.

First, find a day you will be free to stay with him in the shop. Start with him and both of you agree on opening balances.

After the day's business, reconcile the books together. If it agrees, he knows how to balance books. So, no excuse from there.

Next, you show him what he is opening with the next day which is today's closing balances.

If the next day, anything goes wrong, he has to explain and you can now bring out previous hard facts about his stealing which you have.

I hardly believe this type of story.

A woman bold enough to bring a guy to her matrimonial home cannot be intimidated by her husband while she is being filmed for extramarital affairs.

Was the film maker on stand by while the brouhaha was going on? Or is the husband doing the filming himself?

Will the woman have been so foolish to open every door for the husband to catch them?

People just cook up fiction stories to gain "like and share" online money making opportunities.

Yes, things like this do happen but in suspicious, deniable or provable settings.

Continue your defense of bad leadership. Our corrupt leaders manage their personal and private companies with accountability and transparency and come to government houses to siphon money meant for the people for personal gains and at the expense of the masses that they are supposed to serve.

Leadership is about service and not to amass wealth.
