Soludo hates Nnewi. It's very obvious at this point.

Because why is Nnewi not getting aggressive development like Awka and Onitsha. Mind you this is the third most economically important town in Anambra.
From Peter Obi to Obiano down to Soludo have all neglected Nnewi.

Very bad and disgusting.
Ndi Nnewi are too closed minded, and clanish. You people are not open for civilization. Secondly, the way you people build up the place without any room for planning makes it almost impossible to develop the place without endless law suits that will last for decades.

You dont want to give an inch but you expect government to develop Nnewi. It does not work that way.

There are people who aren't not from Anambra but some were born and raised in Anambra and speak our dialect. Today , our women are being violated by these foreigners. They even beat Ndi Anambra up in our own land....I swear to almighty God if I ever get into power. Every mudafoka will have an ID issue by the Umunna. That way we know who is who.

Recall that last two weeks, Gov. Soludo/ANSG graduated the first batch of 5000 youths who have undergone about 8 months of intensive trainings across various skills and vocations in our 1Youth 2Skills program. And rolled out a cheque (grants) as seed capitals to the tune of two billion Naira (N2,000,000,000) to help them start up. Through the Anambra Small Business Agency (ASBA), He also made available funds that they can access as loans to scale up their enterprise at single digit interest rate.

In a bid to ensure that beneficiaries of the 1Youth 2Skills initiative succeed, ANSG grouped them into cooperatives for ease of monitoring and provision of mentorship. The next batch of the program is underway. Our target is to make sure that no youth in Anambra is without a skill or two.
Grouping them into cooperatives for easy monitoring is a ffu. cking great idea. I want to see this repeated every year.

In this digital era, states are in a haste to setup tax identification systems to tax payers without looking at the other role of government which is SERVICE DELIVERY!

An ID should not just be for tax payments but for social benefits. An Id for a child for example can be used to gift and track subsidized school fees, track immunizations, etc. An ID for a mother can deliver public antenatal care, drugs, etc. For residents it can provide access to subsidized state transport.

An ID system should provide govt not just with a view on IGR but a fine grained view on how public services are delivered.

I want to see charts not on IGR but how much each state spends per resident on education, health, waste collection, on roads, water, etc.
We need a database that will capture all the existing business in Anambra state and their capital values so we can tax them accordingly. Many people make insane profits under the table and benefits from the state but they dont pay a kobo to the state, yet they are busy criticizing the government.

We need to know who and who lives in Anambra, how many children do they have ,what do they do and their incomes. Anambra state government is losing a lot of revenue because people take advantage of our porous revenue system. I thought this problem should be resolved by now but it seems it has overwhelmed Soludo. Everyday he is coming up with different task force but none has met the expectations.

Finally, Ndi Anambra don't want to pay taxes but in Lagos they have no problem paying huge taxes. Our people do not respect their homeland

gidgiddy:
It is a general belief amongst most Igbo the progenitor of the Igbo race was a man called "Eri" who founded the Iduu Eri Kingdom in Nri, present day Anambra, from where all Igbo come from. It is also believed that Eri himself was a member of one the 12 tribes of Israel.

The King of Nri, the Eze Eri, HRM Eze Chukwuemeka Eri, is the " Aka Ji ofor Igbo", which makes him the sacred custodian of Igbo culture.

Eze Chukwuemeka Eri regularly wears Jewish apparel and the Star of David, his entire cabinet of chiefs wear the same.

Wether the Igbo nation has its roots in Israel or not is left for the experts to decide, however, most Igbos, despite being Christians, see Israel as their spiritual capital, and their support for the state of Israel is unflinching.
This is not Eze Nri. He is a mere chief in Aguleri not even Aguleri king. This man has been spreading falsehood and deceiving Ndigbo.

PoliticsRe: My Solution For Ebonyi State Airport by IDENNAA(m): 6:57pm On Oct 21, 2023
horsepower102:
Ebonyi state has one of the biggest untapped potential in Nigeria. It is unacceptable to allow an airport project go to waste and turn into a series of white elephant projects.

The following are my proposals to the government of Ebonyi state to act on immediately and with a sense of urgency.

1) Privatize the airport completely or workout a public private partnership agreement on a 30 years lease to a private company to take over and further develop the airport.

2) Give lucrative incentives to the private entity that takes over the airport. For example, given them a 10 year tax holiday and slowly increase taxes afterwards.

3) Build an industrial and manufacturing zone close to the airport. Starting with Agro-Allied industries.

4) Convert the airport into an integrated airport city and make it a free trade zone. It will be a one stop shop for business.

5) With the free trade zone status, the airport becomes the biggest cargo airport for evacuation of produce from Ebony state.

6) Invite people from the diaspora to set up their business in the zone. There are so many people in the diaspora that will like to process agricultural products in Nigeria and ship it to where they live at.

7) invite various retail establishments to set up branches inside the airport. Give them good economic incentive.

8 ) lnvite the hospitality sector to build nice hotels around the airport. Give them nice incentives.

9) Build up the tourism potential of Ebonyi state and use the airport as an arrival destination for tourists all over the world. Ebonyi state is perfect for Eco tourism.
Easier said than done. Ebonyi simply need to key ik into areas where they have comparative advantage. Which is agriculture.

That airport was a ddicck measuring contest went wrong.. Nobody wise business man will take these advice from you because the airport is simply not viable.

PoliticsRe: APC 2+2=? By David Hundeyin by IDENNAA(m): 12:46am On Oct 20, 2023
Here is the post.

One thing you have to almost pity about the APC people is how genuinely and wholeheartedly they commit to their delusions. They really commit to the character.

First, it was "Tinubu never had a drug trafficking case, and David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant fooling his gullible followers."

Then it was "Tinubu never forfeited $460,000 in proceeds of heroin sales to the US government, and David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant fooling his gullible audience."

Then it was "Nobody ever obtained any documents under subpoena from Deloitte and Chicago State University showing that Tinubu lied about his background. David Hundeyin used Photoshop to cook up fake evidence to fool his gullible audience."

Then it was "Tinubu does not have Guinean citizenship. David Hundeyin photoshopped a fake Guinean passport data page to fool his gullible followers."

Then it was "Tinubu's Guinean passport is a diplomatic passport which means that he is not a Guinean citizen because 2+2= Ekpang Nkukwo. David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

Then it was "Tinubu's Guinean passport expired in 2020, so he is no longer a Guinean citizen. David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

Then it was "Atiku is wasting his time in court seeking to get CSU to release its records on Tinubu. He is being misled by David Hundeyin, the fake news merchant, and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

Then it was "CSU will never release those records to Atiku because according to what I picked up off ChatGPT, 2+2= Ekpang Nkukwo. David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

Then it was "Tinubu didn't commit forgery because he is allowed to design his own certificate according to his specification. You can "Goggu eet." Also, David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

Then it was "David Hundeyin lied about the (publicly accessible) FOIA lawsuit where the FBI, DEA, IRS, State Dept, etc. agreed to disclose their files on Tinubu. There is no such lawsuit, and David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant who is misleading his gullible followers."

Then it was "The US government will never hand over information on Tinubu to anyone because 2+2 = Ekpang Nkukwo. David Hundeyin is wasting his time, and he is a fake news merchant and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

Now that the files are on the brink of coming out and Tinubu's lawyer is openly trying to interfere with the case, it's gone back to "There is no FOIA lawsuit and David Hundeyin is a fake news merchant and Omo Àlè who is misleading his gullible followers."

And the truly amazing thing is that they believe it every time. A contradiction does not exist inside an APC head because to these half-men, everything and anything is, or can be true at the same time. Anything their bosses tell them to deploy as a narrative, they not only deploy, but they fully believe it as well.

If it weren't so contemptible, you'd almost be impressed at how a group of men born of women have been converted into internet wildebeest devoid of any meaningful sentience, reason, and rationality.

Fiscal Performance Ranking: Soludo's Administration Should Feel Shameful; They're Celebrating Suffering and Excessive Taxation

-- "The attached video depicts a situation in Onitsha, Anambra State, where the Soludo Solution Revenue Agents are mistreating a citizen in their efforts to enforce tax payments." This encapsulates the fiscal performance ranking of Anambra State.
https://fb.watch/nMTLIt64cy/?mibextid=RUbZ1f

By ULOKA, Chibuike

In the 19 months of Professor Charles Soludo's governance of Anambra State, the standards of governance have sunk to new lows. Despite the state's potential for sustainable economic development, the APGA-led "regime" under Soludo seems to be endorsing poverty and imposing burdensome taxes, among other sufferings for the people in the state.

As the Governor approaches his two-year mark in office, it's evident that the only notable accomplishments of his administration would be the recruitment of 50,000 touts from various parts of the country to enforce high and illegal tax collection. Apart from these dubious taxation practices, there appears to be no substantial economic plan to make Anambra State more economically viable.

The Budgit report, which the current regime is applauding, exposes Charles Soludo as a pseudo-economics professor with little knowledge of developing a sustainable economic model for the state beyond imposing excessive and illegal taxes.

In contrast to states like Lagos, Ogun, Kaduna, and Rivers, which achieve fiscal performance and viability through foreign direct investments, partnerships with multinational corporations, and the development of sustainable infrastructure to encourage local production and exports, rather than replicate such a model, Professor Soludo is burdening tricycle operators, motorists, petty traders, and small and medium-sized enterprises with excessive and multiple taxes.

Taxes are typically levied on income, goods and services, and other economic activities. However, in Anambra State, Soludo targets the poorest individuals and those without any income. For example, tricycle riders are forced to pay a weekly mandatory fee of 3,000 naira, while bus and truck drivers pay 7,000 and 12,000 naira, respectively, even when they haven't been on the road for a month and have no evidence of income. These taxes are paid despite the lack of basic amenities. After paying high taxes to the state, individuals are left to provide their own amenities.

Despite the state's economic challenges and burdensome taxes, it's distressing that the Governor still collects a whopping Two Billion Naira Monthly as security votes from the revenue generated off poor and less privileged petty traders, tricycle and bus drivers.

Soludo, in his almost two years of being in office, has offered Anambra state nothing tangible compared to his promises of Dubai, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, and New York.

Rather than collaborate with "Anambra big boys" to attract investments home and build a sustainable economy, Soludo is instead scaring everyone away from the state with hostility, reckless policies, and a lack of transparency.

In a recent report, Anambra and four other states topped the fiscal performance index A. This information was provided by Budgit.org. However, as evidenced by the Budgit fiscal performance survey for 2023, the Charles Soludo-led regime is needlessly celebrating the pain and poverty of Anambra inhabitants without demonstrating the tangible development impacts of the state's excessive revenue drive.

Uloka, Chibuike is a public policy analyst, writes from Awka in Anambra State, can be reached via

If you dont want to pay your taxes you better relocate to another state. It cost money to build infrastructures.
