this issue of NSCDC recruitment or replacement is becoming a thing of super story. all of us have been talking about recruitment and replacement in NSCDC since 2013, and up till this moment, nothing has been done. or could it be that people are being taken from the backyard while we are here waiting for a public announcement of replacement or recruitment. dear Nairalanders, i advice you to look for something doing than pursing a shadow. because of this NSCDC work, i stayed at home for 3 years doing nothing. hoping that replacement or recruitment would take place any moment. even my contact keep on promising me every first week of the month that replacement must take place before the end of those months, but to no avail. i have moved on. make person no dey wait for federal Job, old age go just visit am. and the person will become a fool for life.

Well I think it is under this current regime of PMB that it is like this. Most paramilitaries/MDAs used to do replacement at least three times in a year before. This has been the major disadvantage of this current govt for federal job seekers since 2015 and It is quite painful. sad

This group of a thing will do no good to you guys, there are many people who just read info here but not commenting because dey av no info yet, but if u now personalise the info through your group chat how will these people give you info wen dey av one? Nscdc and immigration have created theirs, what of Sss cos those are the 3 agencies this thread was created for? In my opinion, if u discus issues here people that are not even applied for any might have access to info that all your group members don't have. Mind you group chats encourage scamming and other fraudulent acts

I suspect ulterior motives. Cos it is of no essence creating a hidden whatsapp group on issues that border on replacement or recruitment, undecided undecided info being given on this tread should be enough!

Well i dont want to sound like a pessimist, but the likelihood of an AC is next to nothing, when they are busy with TS, some of us are still waiting for AC i also havent done my own AC. but I hope am totally wrong sha. Meanwhile try searching for other opportunities!!! my own opinion oooo, apologies if it offends anyone.
It is well.

Dear one, searching for opportunities is a continuous thing even when you start earning your salary from Firstbank, you are not expected to rest on your oars but to keep on searching for better opportunities. However, current issues must be discussed. Perhaps knowledge ganared here will be useful elsewhere.

What do i do, could i be disqualified during the selection interview. I need advice pls

You should have taken the screenshot of the page with your mobile phone and print later rather than copying it. However, i don't see that as a reason for disqualification after all your application submitted successfully.

Hello guys, i'm still awaiting AC but someone said one must strive to be a group leader during group discussion to excel @ AC. So dt had left me with a taught that does that mean everyone that made it to documentation stage was group leader during their assessment? cry
