Hiii, I was actually looking for other people in Nigeria who crochet and I found your page. I saw that you're based in Abuja which is interesting because I'm in Abuja at the moment. I just wanted to know... Please where do you get your supplies from? And I saw a post you mentioned that crochet hooks are available at shoprite (that was from 2015 I think). Please do you know if I can still get them there? I love your works BTW...Thank you☺☺

Shoprite jabi (I think) recently stocked on 4mm crochet hooks if that's what u r looking for

@Idlehands, welcome on board. Yeye yarn should be somewhere close to fingering yarn.
Most times you have to double your yeye yarn to arrive at a close gauge.
Always do the gauge or swatch testing before starting any project.

Kindly let us know your location so you can be directed accordingly.

Thank you so much. This is really helpful. I realized that I'm no where close to the gauge of the pattern, so I had to modify it a bit. I hope it ends well sha

Hi everyone. I've been low key following this thread for over a month now and I am so glad I found this community. I'm working on a project right now and the weight of the yarn stated in the pattern is different from the yarn I'm using. I'm using yeye yarn. Because I checked the gauge and it's all wrong. Please can anyone tell me what size this yeye yarn is? Thanks

Also, does anyone know where I can get cotton yarn? I want to make a skirt
