Please I need your advise lovely people.

Planning to apply for UK visa for the first time with my 2 children (6 months and Twins 7 years). We plan to visit my sister who is settled in UK and live with her husband and baby. Intended travel is during Christmas holiday.

The trip is a mixture of seeing my sister, family and also doing some shopping and site seeing. We will be staying with my sister during our stay .

I don't work but get monthly support money from husband paid into my account .

My hubby will be sponsoring the trip, he has his own business and will supply both business and personal bank statements.

Please here are my questions:
1) I don't work and have no property or assets in my name? Will that be an issue in terms of ties?
2) my husband will be sponsoring the trip , is it mandatory to include a marriage certificate to prove relationship with him? We have only done custom marriage several years ago so I have no marriage cert.
3) my husband registered his business in 2015 and not due for a tax payment yet. Will that be an issue if a tax certificate isn't supplied? The Company registeration and business accnt will be supplied to prove business.
4) I am on the company registration as the deputy director, but not been working due to child birth. How do I state this , in terms of employment.

I am torn as to whether to proceed with the application or leave it. I just don't want a refusal .

But at the end of the form , and payment, she is getting payment for one person. How do we add the application for the children please.

Do we have to complete new application for each of the children ? , considering the questions are so irrelevant for children who are between 6 months and 3 years of age.

Please how do we complete this application so they can all be listed as applicants and correct fee charged

Any advise on how to proceed please. I need to know if a separate visa application needs to be completed for each of the children. Really confused. If that's the case will the visa category still be "Visitor - Family" or is "Child Visitor"

Please I need your advise.

My sister and her 2 children wants to travel to the uk for a visit/tourism.

I live in the uk and happy to provide a letter and proof of address to confirm that I will be accommodating the. During their stay. Can I check that's enough . I want to include my council tax bill, letter and proof of ILR

Her husband will be fully sponsoring the trip. He has a business registered in Nigeria . But he won't be travelling with them. My sister is more like a house wife now as she is looking after their young children. But I gather her name is on the company registration as deputy director.

My question is what docs they need to submit please
