Good day sir. My wife's iphone 11 has been warning her that WhatsApp will cease to work by May this year, and the WhatsApp version is up to date. Thing is, much as we tried, her iOS has refused to update ever since she bought the iphone second hand (wifi only) two years ago. We've tried updating via itunes on a windows PC yet it refused to install updates. Tried an iphone repair shop in my city (north) but still no headway. After several tries both direct and via PC, they claimed that there's no solution - that it's something that has to do with why the phone is wifi-only. Any solution pls?

Hope the phone is not bypassed iPhone or no baseband?

My Samsung tablet doesn't accept sim card or even connect to WiFi. How can it be repaired??

Hope the Samsung is not WiFi only or SIM locked
