Built a free tally app for viewing centre owners, after seeing on this thread how much of the business is worked out in the head match by match. After each match you enter heads, price per head, drinks and the day's subscription and fuel, and it shows profit for the match, the day, the week and the month, plus your best day and average heads. Share the week as an image if you want to keep a record or show a partner. Works offline, no account, nothing to pay. https://iere.app/a/viewing-centre-tally?utm_source=nairaland-viewing&utm_medium=post If you run a centre, tell me what I have got wrong. It only knows what I have read here. |
Good day all. I made a free offline app for batch records, after reading how few of us keep a proper profit and loss per batch. You start a batch with the number of birds and what the chicks cost, then log feed (bags and amount), deaths, eggs (crates or pieces) and sales in a few taps a day. It shows birds alive, mortality, feed per bird, lay rate for layers and profit so far, and exports a batch summary as an image or a CSV for your own records. No account, nothing to pay, no internet needed after the first open. Everything stays on your phone. https://iere.app/a/poultry-batch?utm_source=nairaland-poultry&utm_medium=post I am not a farmer, so I would value honest feedback from people who are: what is missing, and what would you never bother to enter daily? |
If you are the one collecting for an aso ebi, a family levy, a burial contribution or class dues, you know the hand-typed list in the WhatsApp group that nobody can find and everybody argues about. I made a small free app for that. Add each person with what they are giving (or leave it open if it varies), tick them off as the money comes in, and it keeps the running total and shows who is still outstanding. One tap copies a clean numbered list, or shares a designed image, ready for the group. No account, nothing to pay, works with no data once it has loaded, and the list stays on your own phone. https://iere.app/a/contribution-list?utm_source=nairaland-family&utm_medium=post What else would make the collector's life easier? I am adding what people ask for. |
I made a free app for bursars and proprietors of small private schools who are still tracking fees in an exercise book. You set up each class with the termly fee and the instalment plan, record every payment as it comes in (cash, transfer or POS), and see straight away who is paid up, who is part paid and who is owing. It prints a balance slip for each pupil that you can send to the parent, and an arrears list for the whole class, both as an image for WhatsApp or the notice board. No internet needed once it has opened, no per-pupil subscription, no account. Everything stays on the bursar's phone. https://iere.app/a/school-fees-tracker?utm_source=nairaland-education&utm_medium=post If you run or work in a school I would like to hear what it gets wrong. Fee structures differ a lot, so the plan and the channels are fully editable, but tell me what is missing. |
I made a small free app for the igba boi apprenticeship system, the kind of thing that could sit next to the paper agreement between an oga and an apprentice. It tracks the start date, the agreed years, and any capital given during the term (transport, phone, fees, tools, anything), and shows time served, time left and a plain summary of dates and amounts that both sides can screenshot or share on WhatsApp. Built after reading how often disputes at settlement come down to nobody having a clear record. No sign-up, nothing to pay, works offline once opened, and everything stays on your own phone. https://iere.app/a/igba-boi-tracker?utm_source=nairaland-culture&utm_medium=post Feedback welcome, especially from anyone who has been through the system as oga or as boi. What would make it more useful? |
