good work in progress.. @cavicent19; I have questions regarding your wood work estimate so u never used a 3 x 4? All through your estimate you have no issue or ever paid "omo onile" claiming to own the land... Payment for foundation/roofing? how much was charged by bricklayers to erect this property? I also think this land is not up to a plot even if it's 50 x 100 at d location been built, Can I have a clearer picture of ur house plan or maybe help me write it out... am also at the finishing stage of my house too but am comparing yours with mine here in Lagos have spent almost triple what you have here as estimate, Have you gotten a Survey Plan for this property yet if yes how much there?
