for the bolded, I will say take a chill pill ! You had a baby only 3 weeks ago! It took 9 months to gain that weight, don't expect to shed it off expressly... right now, forget weight gain! Eat well and take care of your baby

as for the milk, have you tried buying from konga or jumia? Alternatively, Aptamil is a good substitute

Have you checked the supermarkets or where they sell baby's food inside market.
You can change the milk if you can't find Enfamil, there are many good baby's milk.

Secondly, I'm not on EBF. I give her Enfamil... My problem is that I've searched the whole of Enugu for it but to no avail. Please I want to know if I can change her milk at this stage? If yes, what's another good milk I can give her? If no, where can I get Enfamil in Enugu?
I've checked Ronan, Shoprite n Spar ....
