this z what I normally do twice a week!it cleansed the face and rejuvenate the dead cells.always makes you look younger. I started two weeks ago.
I mix MacLean toothpaste and Johnson baby oyel and rub on my face.I let it stay for 30 minutes n rinsed.


stop stressing yourself too.

As for hair treatment:
I blend banana, avacado,raw eggs,and little measure of small stout to steam my hair.(good news z...I always get to drink the remainder of the small stout.

I cover my hair with clothes or nylon(as the isoko spirit leads)for one hour and I always end up with a long,bouncy,dark strands.(hair)

And tips for sparkling white teeth.

get lime/lemon and mix with baking powder,allow the mixture to liquidate ,apply on your brush and brush your teeth.
