My point is that Water deserved the win because based on performance, vocal agility and all that, she performed better than the artists nominated. It's not about the streams.

And with Rush, the song was a hit no doubt, enjoyed international and local radio play, but there's just a hand full of live performance of the song from Ayra. Unlike Water by Tyla. Her team promoted the song so well, booked her shows on many live TV shows and her dancing and live singing skills won the voters over.

Water isn't as big as any of those songs in that category, but her live shows outperformed all the songs there. Davido would be the first Runner-up for me. His performance of unavailable on Jimmy Kimmel Live show was dope too.
