Job Title: Sales Executive / Office Assistant

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

1) Ensuring Excellent Customer Service relationship (keeping Contacts of Customers to update them about new arrival of goods, discount offer and send compliments)
2)Maintaining Old customers and establishing new business
3)Promoting Hipot products (through advertisement on social media e.g Facebook, Instagram etc)
Demonstrating and Presenting products to Clients (Also with the use of catalogues if needed).
4) Maintaining accurate records (Invoices, receipts, Purchases).
5) Ensuring all Company Products displayed in the showroom are correctly price tagged with VAT inclusive.
6) Ensuring VAT inclusive Prices are updated on all products when prices are changed periodically.
7) Ensuring information get to other employees when there is changes in Prices.
cool Ensuring Catalogues are well arranged
9) Ensuring Up to date Sales Report.
10) Responsible for quotation and follow-up with potential client to get approval
