He can earn up to 50k rps if he work as a PROFESSIONAL e.g software developer etc.

But he won't get up to 50krps, if he does unprofessional Job like hotel work, security etc.

Jobs in medical field for foreigners are not common. Mauritians like studying Nursing etc.

It's possible to get a professional Job in Mauritius from Nigeria.
IT skill that are in demand in Mauritius
SAP
UI/UX
Cyber security etc.
Pls ensure you have 5yrs experience and above before applying.
Know how to communicate in French.

Once you get a professional Job in Mauritius. The company would process your resident/work permit and travel expenses(if it's included in contract)

You don't need to do anything. But ensure you don't have any blood disease, hence they will send you back.
