I currently do Canada at 3.75% (please note that this rate is not stable and it is dependent on the availability of funds and season) and you would get an investment letter valid for six months.

I was able to get 15m for proof of funds from Summerfield integrated consult.

They open the account with fidelity bank or UBA at 4% and it's authentic. My account was funded the same day and u can use the account to withdraw or deposit as you like.
