One of the easiest breakfasts to slap together so I eat it a lot. Trying to shift to smaller, more frequent portions. Will make curry chicken later today.

You are eating good. With all that steak, I'd probably have a raw onion or lemon by the side, to be able to stomach all that.

Post some Jamaicans...jerk chicken, veggies, sauced rice, strips...all the works. Been long you did that.

I have come to think that you probably do not rate/enjoy garri and soup, as much as you do other food you prepare, that is why your presentation of them here is seemingly uncharacteristically less-appealing.

Do not take my word for it. Look through your post history or gallery of the few times (I think 5) you have uploaded a pic of it.

Is it psychological for you? Maybe you do not consider garri as a staple, thus you see it as something you use to hold "belle", till you can prepare or eat something more fulfilling?
