You claim that there are evidences to prove of someone's culpability in an offence but you ignorantly assert that "the onus is on him to exonerate himself".

Edit: I see some poorly informed opinions about Pac on my comment. The outlook of Pac before the Quad studio shooting is different from the Pac after.
