Please, can anybody tell me what to do to collect my NYSC discharge certificate? i was a corps member, 2011 batch B in Osun State. my set passed out june last year, my nysc certificate was withheld because i was away for 3 months due to illness. i was re- mobilized now from Osun to ogun State, to start afresh without allawi,its too heart breaking to start all over again. pls i need advice and assistance, i want to collect my certificate at all cost.
