i need help o

hello peeps, am new on the thread.
I am a quantity surveyor and my wife is a dental
surgeon (intern), we wish to travel to canada. we
dont know which route to take.
student visa or work permit.
can we go together or one person goes first
what is the process is involved.
documents required etc
your advise would be appreciated.
