i have a question ,someone who had a third class in first degree,then has done PGD and also has a Msc as well,but want to do an MBA in Canada will the person be considered.Pls i need help on how to go about it,an agent wants to take advantage of our desperation to get study opportunity in Canada to charge us 1.5m ..that he will get us school

I am new here ,i want to apply for MBA in any Canadian university that could offer me admission,i tried to use an agent,he's asking me for 700k for his fees and and application fees,pls i need guideline on how i will do it myself..pls state the best school you could recommend i apply to as well.
