Properties › Re: The Landlords Making Life Unbearable For Nigerian Tenants by ijeshaboy: 8:51am On Sep 20

R0LL0N:
Unfortunately built a new tenant house after first year of payment and expiry all the three tenant are oweing 4 month rent. This is painful and a big discouragement to me as this is my first investment. It’s totally turn me off from going into further housing investment. Can someone one advise how to go about this. There is a mentality that when u issue 6 month notice to quit tenant live in the house free during those period without paying is this true.

let agent handle your house, and also check in on the tenants after 6month,you might be lucky to know the one that will not pay on time, I also just built a room and parlour and room sef for rent, but a particular tenant loaned 25k from me and never talked about it, I deduced he will be a debtor I sent him a quit notice to avoid story that touches.shockingly, he hasn't refunded the money, he kept sneaking in later in the night. To shock you I don't collect utilities e.g water and waste bill from them and we don't have light in our area for a year now and I run on generator to pump water. But now I have reduced pumping to once a week, while I leave the water open on Saturdays for laundry and refilling of their buckets for the week.its so discouraging.

Weldone! approach your bank and tell them you want to invest in Treasury bill for 1 year with 5 Million naira, they will credit your interest upfront while your 5 million will be credited back to your account after a year of investment maturity.

I am sure the return will be more than 1.2m, use the 1.2m or more to manage yourself pending the time you will figure out what you want to do, by then you would have served your madam based on you apprentice target.

May you find healing to your affliction.

On a more serious note, you should have dropped evidence of the chat you had. Stop giving people the assumption that you are sane and rabid at the same time

that is the proof, you are a scammer

Good Day,
Please I want to ask if anyone knows sites that I can register for a program abroad that can send me invitation letter, wether conference, church program, convention or stuffs like that..
Thank you

try to write a paper and submit the abstract in a related field international conference, Google any conference in the field for 2024. option 1 is to register for the conference as an attendee, option 2 is to submit the abstract to the conference committee and request to be one of the key speaker while you wait for their response, but option one is a better way to get invitation.
