Dear V.O, Pls sir/Ma....My name is Ikechukwu. I`ve been going through this threads! My problem is.....i am married to a US citizen born and brought up, african american. I finally got the IR1 visa and moved over to US with my wife around Feb 2015. The whole journey took me 3 and half years, +DNA of a kid we had together, along the marriage. I got here to US, only to discovered later on that my wife has been cheating on me with different men so bad. Her phone with diffrent text messages and still continue cheating, on way they had sex and stuff. Anytime i complain about this, she would start threatening me with divorce, and i recently paid my elis immigrant fees 165 dorllars, around june 2015. But the green card has not come yet and in process! she would also be threatening me that she would call the immigration to stop sending my card and send me back home, if i ever talk about it or monitor her movement. Does this my situation, awaiting to get my card, affect me to be taken away from my daughter we had together, even thou if she calls them to stop my card and dont wanna be with me no more Sir/Ma..
She was never like this, but 3 years and half been apart, has made her to change completely, and very controlling. My daughter is 3 yrs 2 months now..
