My tracker has been like this since last week Thursday and no mail till now, please any one with advice or in same condition.

Good evening sir,
Kindly guide me on how I can link my e visa,
I was told decision has been made that I will receive my mail yesterday but I didn't, today I was told mail has been sent but I didn't receive it, I now told them to escalate it.
I want to try linking and see if it will be successful.

This is my timeline if it helps:

Bio -- 23rd July

NSF email -- 8th August

First paid enquiry (email) -- 14th August (requested them to escalate as it's passed 15 working days for standard visa application)

CAS Used -- 15th August

Second paid enquiry (call) -- 26th August: Decision made but no email yet.

I proceeded to UKVI website and created an account, filled in the 'Link eVisa' form and behold it was successful.

Try asking them (UKVI) to escalate your issue, and contact your school to know the status of your CAS.

Supporting document on 26th August
Paid call 12th September
Empty mail 12th September
2nd paid call 17th September (they said decision have been made)
