This results is absolutely bad..although there's remedy at the end shaa..

Let me explain the results to you with my little knowledge.
1. For motility.. you have 0% meaning active moving sperm in your system.
2. 10% of the one that managed to be active are very weak and sluggish...(no moving ability)
3. Dead and non-motile means 90% of the sperm your body produced are dead and does even move at all.

For morphology
1.it means you have only 10% of normal sperm in your system, while the rest sperm are 90% abnormal nd it's very bad.

For sperm count...your sperm count is just a million, very very below the normal spearm of at least 15million and above....that's if you actually want to achieve pregnancy....

Nevertheless, there's a solution to very medical problems, I advice you to meet a fertility specialist.

Nd before a forget. Take alot of fruits especially banana, watermelon, cucumber... take egg too. @least 1 full egg daily.

Total Semen Count 16.6 10 x 6

Is a good count.. although is somehow low but it is still above average and can pregnant a woman if other factors are good.
A normal count is from 15.010×^6

Which kind of fruits where you taking? and which medication was she taking?

After my sperm analysis results..
I started taking zinc and vitamin c 1000mg..
I took both once daily.
Even the vitamin c and zinc still remains.

I took Fruits...banana, watermelon and cucumber.. I took alot of them.. my wife usually mixed all for me..infact, I made it my night food..
I equally consume 1 boiled egg every day, I made it compulsory because doctor said I need to improve my protein level..

Finally, I read here where someone advised you take 1 glass of boiled guava leave morning and night as it help boast sperm motility and have no effect on the medication you're taking.
Same time, I was also taking infections medication as prescribed by doctors...

Although, when my results came out, doctor said my case is very minimal as everything is almost normal

My wife on the other hand was taking folic acid before we visited the hospital.
After every test, the only thing discovered is that her womb is okay, but is blocked. An injection was given to her which my wife said, she felt it like something tear up in her stomach immediately she recieved the injection...

Finally, doctor prescribed antibiotics for infection for her and one medication which I can't remember the name now but we bought in a pharmacy @20,500.
She took it one daily for 1 month.

I will be brief..
1 and my woman started going officially to hospital this June, we did every thing necessary and she did has too..though I won't explain all here..
Then July I did sperm analysis test which doctor said I will repeat first week of October...
According to the test results..my sperm count is normal, just low motility..which I haven't even buy the drugs doctors prescribed yet..just taking only zinc, and vitamins..enough vegetables and fruits..morning, afternoon and night...
My wife too did has and she took medication too...
Some things I read here were helpful too.

Here is the problem, our sheltered visit with doctor early this August was on 4th, we sent dia and doctor request my wife to reduce after scan to know if her tube is properly opened cos the initial one hsg and scan we did proved her tube was blocked.

We paid and she went in for the scan, the results got the radiologist confused and he requested us to do pregnancy test, but we should first see the doctor again.
We went in saw the doctor and he requested we did pregnancy test, the test was conducted nd behold my woman is pregnant... I was very happy, same as she..
Now, that very day was the same day I bought the drugs prescribed by doctor that will help my sperm nd motility... I bought it before going dia.
I came back nd I'm still taking the drug's.

My question here is
Is it advisable i stop taking it?
Should I still go for another sperm analysis test after the October??

I'm asking because effort to reach the doctor proved abortive as he don't give out his contact to patients and he's currently not in town.

Hi everyone, my wife has pcos we already knew before we went on with the marriage as scan showed ovary with string of petals shape and some small fibroid but I loved her so we went ahead with the marriage, by the way I married her a virgin so trying for pregnancy before marriage was not a choice.

Back then the progesterone test showed that she was ovulating (16.1ng/ml) and her period is regular as well 27 -30 days cycle. Although it seems she has insulin resistance which makes her tired sometimes.

We are 6 months now in marriage and pregnancy has not happened. I have already made provisions and savings for ivf if it comes to that. My wife has been down and she is always sad anytime she sees her period this past 6 months but I have been encouraging her.

I am now thinking of suggesting the fertility clinic option to her with the aim of going the ivf route if after another 6 months with the hospital nothing changes.

I just want to speak to experienced people if I am making the right choice and what can you advise/suggest.

By the way, my own sperm analysis returns good with total motility more than 70% and sperm count above average.

Don't let it disturb you, be doing it for fun. It will enter. You can boil plenty guava leaves, sieve the water out and be drinking it morning and night. It increases sperm count too. It doesn't interfere with the oyibo medicine you are taking. Gud luck

I got the leave from eleweomo/herb sellers inside the market. They mostly have dried ones at first, so I took their number and was monitoring for the day they'll have fresh one. Eventually they did. I bought 1,500 worth, tied in a nylon and kept in the fridge to preserve. My husband takes 8-10 leaves squeeze like bitterleaf, we got limes too. All through our dating stage, she never missed her period for once and we are happy that we are playing despite even without using condoms... since 2021 to this Yr no child us forthcoming... this Yr, we have gone 3 different lab and all they can discover is that my wife has heavy growth of staphy while mine is just scanty growth... we have been on medication, even the herbal one I bought last, she took it all with me.

Yes honestly we both sincerely needs a kid, infact we need it like no tomorrow..I'm 28 nd she's 25.
She always wishe we have kids... but we are trying our best as we hope on God.. we are medically OK..
Her sister told me she will outgrown it,she's always apologise. Even as I'm trying this ,she has sent another apology to my WhatsApp but the fear of repeating it again is my concern...

Please I need advice.
My wife is usually the first to insult and call me all sorts of name when we gave issues. I have complained severally to her mum and dad about this and she has promised to stop. Funny enough, she usually come back to apologise after like 2 or 3 days later.
The last issues we had, she said I'm such a shameless man and that she has lost all the respect she has for me.
She a good girl anyways, but this attitude of always been the first to insult and call me name's even when I may just be mute because that's just my best way of expressing my anger.
