Interesting submissions. However I defer on No.15. Splitting the office of Attorney-General and Minster would bring more efficiency. Look at the American system where the DA strictly does prosecution.
The current set up derials and distracts the Attorney-General who is torn between Prosecution, Politics and bureaucracy.
This way the AG will know he is coming strictly as a prosector and seasoned Prosecutors would most likely be nominated. Then the Minster of Justice and be your regular politician

Number 22: "Specify the Minimum Number of Youths and Women that May be Appointed into Specific Offices". This part should be removed. It is discriminatory based on age and gender.

Number 24: We should be careful about granting citizenship by investment. This may open the door for a lot of foreign business owners and their foreign employees to claim citizenship.

Number 27: "To Provide Additional Restrictions and Derogations from Fundamental Rights, and Additional Conditions for the Proclamation of State of Emergency by the President". This is a dangerous bill.

Numbers 34, 35, 40 and 42: Creation of additional local government areas, in any part of the country, should not be contemplated for now.
