My dear I can't see a pattern here. Sickness is universal, your father has kids, one of his sisters has a kid, don't see a pattern of infertility since he's got 2 unmarried and the probably didn't want to have kids out of wedlock. How about your maternal family, do you see a negative pattern?

All my mother's sisters had healthy beautiful children

My father's mother was married
But none of her daughters got married

Father's youngest sister got married but got divorced
Had one child but she is very ill, she has epilepsy

The other two never got married

The last one, my father's half sister married but don't have kids

It's either they marry and don't have kids or marry and give birth to a sick child
