My brother noticed this infection around the shaft of his p*enis. He initially started using Nixoderm on it, it didn't work. But few days ago, he started rubbing Miconazole, a fungal cream, it still not getting better. He said it's been over a month now.

Please, what kind of infection is this, and how can it be treated?
