Its still d normal govt issued id (driver's license or international passport) but if u can get ur birth certificate (not age declaration o o ) ready then u are good to go. Skrill dey do nonsense dis days. i dont use dem again.

Bro neteller has no worth again. Use skrill. if u google online, u will hadly find an exchanger for your neteller except if u come to NL only dat u find. I have neteller but dont use it again like dat. i only use the credit card sent to me if i want to make any small purchase. but with skrill u can see an exchanger easily who is ready to buy from u online.
