I just finished serving and then I started a tutorial centre I put an ad on Facebook for tutors. One of the tutors that turned up was a guy that was impaired... Mentally A biochemistry graduate I don't want to use an offensive word but the guy is slow, very slow, in his 30s, stays with his mum I didn't know what to do...I couldn't refuse him because I didn't want to hurt his feelings, I allowed him come around for a week but the students were complaining You understand. I had no option than to fire him. His mum called me when I gave him the job and when I fired him... 1 Like |
