what makes a place populated?the biz environ,lagos has the largest number of branches from banks,blue chip

companies,oil companies,Mama poot,tourist areas like the beaches,cinemas,other joints,media houses,primary

schools,secondary schools,universities, Oshodi market,Alaba int market,Alaba suru,Aspamda,Balogun old and

new,idumota,ladipo,Vespa,palms,galleria,mile12,(MARKETS) \o/

kANO can never be close to Lagos in this life,its not even upto PH.

Then Jigawa,kaduna,bauchi,borono,sokoto,Niger,kastina all those states are not as populated as ABUJA, and

Abuja is about 1mill, which is a bit factual.Anambra,Imo,Abia,Enugu,Ebonyi,PH, are more than what was giving.

Only an insane person will believe such result.i have been to the north there is nothing there,just land,trees and

wild life.This result will never be correct if revenue is allocated according to population.it should be according to

what u generate.every state should take what they generate and the federal govt should collect a proportional

tax of say 40% . \o/
