It has now been over two months since Chelsea last played a match but, with the Bundesliga having returned, there are encouraging signs that the Premier League could follow suit. Discussions surrounding Project Restart are set to continue next week, with the aim of playing the remaining 92 Premier League matches behind closed doors from mid-June. That means there will at least a few more weeks without football for the Blues but it hasn't quite brought an end to the discussions, as transfer rumours continue to circulate.
