I made payment via transfer since on the 19th of September but anytime I log on it still takes me to the payment page, I have raised 3 tickets and they replied to all that the payment is reflecting on their end, I have tried using a different device, different browser and yet I still can’t go past the payment page. Please how do I go past it

I am having trouble logging in to AVITs it keeps saying something went wrong. Did anyone have this issue please?

I paid for MRV in March but I didn’t use it to book an appointment, I am trying to do so now but I can’t find anywhere where I can add it on Avits, they keep telling me to pay again. How do I go about it please
