The way Nigerians dey take mention money like poor man no dey nigeria again. Am not a build and havnt build but 20m to build 4 bedroom bungalow na bullet proof. Before u build for some Body or start design for somebody u need to understand this person life and pocket. Some finishes on most nigeria house are unnecessary and I'm call for. Most especially tiles up and down. Most everybody do parapet. E dey rain now what abt tomorrow. There was a time aluminum was haven on earth now na stone roof. Alot of money spend in most houses in nigeria today goes towards unnecessary thing. The best designer/builder or arch to me is the one that listen to his customer and consider them pocket
