VisaOfficer:
Yes, just send them a polite little note after your second anniversary... "I know you're busy; this is just to let you know that I have now been married for two years, so I believe my visa category should be changed to IR-1, please." They'll be grateful -- I know I would be!
smiley i don't really know how to thank you ,you are really great

VisaOfficer:
If you're still in administrative processing, you're not done yet. smiley Please send us an e-mail and remind us to change the category from CR1 to IR1. The change does NOT happen automatically in our system, so if you start the process as a CR1, interview as a CR1, and then your anniversary happens, it's up to you to let us know.
thanks a lot sir , i live in Egypt so as long as im still on administrative process ,when i reach my second marriage anniversary i should send an email to the embassy in Egypt remind them with my marriage date and second anniversary ? im worry to do that and it become mess sad

VisaOfficer:
We should switch to IR1. That lets you obtain the permanent LPR card rather than the conditional one, so it's in your best interest. Please remind us at your interview -- or let me know what your case number is and I'll make the change myself.
But i'm already done with my interview ,so embassy could forget to switch it ? they r waiting me to send them the joint sponsor and then i have to wait for administrative process too ,i don't know for how long

VisaOfficer:
We would absolutely give you another chance to find another joint sponsor. We don't run credit checks; we'll just look at the tax documents provided and make a decision based on them.

Hmmm.... maybe we should run credit checks..... Don't worry, we don't run credit checks.
really thank you very much , if you don't mind i have anther quick question , i have 1 month left until my second marriage anniversary so embassy could switch type of visa from CR1 to IR1 or not ? and if i received a CR1 visa and i moved to USA after my second anniversary can i get the permanent Green card or still Conditional one ? thank you a lot really

hello sir , thank u very much for helping us , i have a question please , my visa type is CR1 and during my interview the officer told me im approved ,but cant issue your visa until u send me a joint sponsor , and put me in administration process too , so i barley got a joint sponsor , his income up to 80,000$ annually ,so my question is that does the embassy run a credit check or not ? just his credit is messy a little bit and if they wont accept him so does the embassy will give me anther chance to find anther one or just refuse the case ? and thank u very much for your time .
