...but it brings to mind the kind of useless judges we have. How can someone run to the courts and claim that unknown persons have taken over his land. The woman who went to court did not serve Obi's brother notice of the court case. So, in the case, it was the Woman vs The Unknown! Obi's brother was not there to defend himself.

This thing happened to an estate I bought a plot of land years back. One day, we got to the land and saw a notice stating that another organization has gotten a judgement in respect of the land against the Unknown. How can we be the unknown? We had already erected a gate on the land. Our name was there (name of the estate).

Whoever demolished Obi's brother's land knew what they were up to.
