But my observation is that the Igbos are only cheering Fayose because of their hatred for PMB for a number of reasons.
Will they behave the same way if the CDS were Igbo?

We are not new to Fayose's highly critical(right and wrong) stance on this administration.

And now his decision to confront the Fulani herdsmen headlong not minding that the current CDS appointed by PMB is an Ekiti man.

I ask, can any Igbo man behave like Fayose if the Chief of Defence Staff were from his state? Won't he just look the other way in the name of our son is the CDS?

This is food for thought for the Igbos.

All it will take for the Igbos(majority of them) to make a u-turn from their current hatred for PMB and start worshipping him is for for PMB to pick an Igbo as running mate in 2019 and start giving Igbos top class appointments.

The way Igbos flocked PMB's residence immediately after GEJ's loss at the polls is most shameful and pathetic.

Igbos must learn to stand for something.

Ambode has always snubbed PMB by not going to Aso Rock for meetings.

After reading about the ban and watching the video on a next thread - I had to go check my archives and read the summary of the Ekiti Parapo war.

This is war and Ekiti folks are brave in battle. Nice move and at least it will help expand the menu/diet at the Stomach Infrastructure Institute, with free beef from Fulani cows, to go with rice.

We're all behind Ekiti. Any war on Ekiti folks is a war on all Yorubas. And gradually all Fulani marauder shall be purged out of the SW. If they want grazing lands - they can go debate that with the Sahara, or modernise their primeval way of life. Yorubaland is for Yorubas.

We Yorubas are all on the same page on this issue.

Yorubas need people the likes Fayose who will take up the gauntlet and fight for Yorubas where others will keep silent because of political affiliation and future ambition. Imagine the disaster Yorubas will suffer if both Fayose and Mimiko are APC members?
As it is now, we are well-represented in the two major political parties. Now, that's sophistication.

Didn't Fayose and Aregbesola meet sometime ago? Dodn't Fayose hail Tinubu of recent?

Believe me, Fayose has the silent backing and approval of Yoruba APC politicians.
And yes, the northerners don't trust us one bit - APC or PDP. They know our(Yoruba) interest will always come first. It's why PMB shelved the Lagos visit.
I don't think Ambode has ever been to Aso Rock since PMB became president or even met him one on one or made an attempt. It's always been the deputy representing him. Ambode doesn't give a damn about PMB!

PMB did a tacit pay-back. No wahala.

When it's time, mile 12 will be levelled. No northerner can stop it.
