Is a week since we lost Comr. Stephen Mbarie. Friends and family, We are all mourning. Do you think you already know what happened. My dear, you need to be sensitive, and think beyond your school of thought. Right now you need to pay attention. Authoritatively am telling you that what you know about his death is limiting. The death of our comrade indeed sends a message, and that I intend sharing with you now: 3 crucial lessons you must learn from his death: 1. Be Grateful You don't have to experience such saddened event before you can be thankful. what happened to our comrade can happen to anyone ( in every human association conflict is bound to happen) . As such, you should be grateful for the people in your life ( friends and family) , the love that you feel. Every instant, every being, every event, and every memory is precious. Be grateful for your life. 2. Anger is An Enemy: Anger is like a cancer diseases that spread throughout the inner you, and destroys both the inner you and your physical body. Anger is humanly though, is an emotion everyone feel and experience. Life doesn't always go the way we want it to, and when it does, we may become angry. But how we feel it and express it matters. Indeed, anger is a hindrance to being, it exposes you to self-harm and self-danger, and it places you in a cave of excuses: Excuses restricting you from being the very best version of yourself, Excuses compelling you to believe that you're limited in all facets of your endowment and potency, Excuses that is capable of destroying you. Anger has killed, Anger has broken relationships, Anger has divided families, People lose their job because of Anger And we've lost a promising comrade ( Stephen Mbarie ) all because of the cancer Anger. We must learn how to manage anger by: adjusting our expectations. Also by knowing and acknowledging the magnitude of harm it can cause. 3. Do Not Admire Quietly: Comr. Stephen Mbarie was a youth embedded with enthusiasm. With his nick-name 'THE INVENTOR'. We know his value and worth, yet we never told him or admire him in a communicative manner. All we did was to stand afar and admire him. After his death guess what sprung-up? His good-deeds and his unique qualities. Today our deepest and biggest regrets is that we never said what we needed to say when we had the chance. And now he is no more. Indeed, this is a lesson. If you are angry at a friend or your love-one , or have unsettled problems, need their forgiveness or forget to tell them exactly how much you love them, perhaps you need to let them know how worthful they are, make sure you say it today, this moment, right now. You never know when you may lose the opportunity to do so. When we lose somebody we love it is never easy, it's humanly anyway. But it is important you know that you are strong enough to bare the pain, and life will still continue. Hold strongly to these lessons and apply them to your life, let them help you to find your way through the grief, to celebrate both your life and the life of the one that you have lost. we must learn from the death of Comr. Stephen Mbarie and Live our life to the fullest. I believe this is the greatest way we can honor him. REST IN PEACE COMRADE. May you find peace in the blossom of the Lord. Incredible Human Mind

His own brother ooo!! |
On the 17th of March, the university of port harcourt lost one of her finest Comrade, Stephen Mbarie. From Emouha LGA in Rivers state. He was engage in a fierce fight with his elder brother. And he was stabbed to death by his elder brother. likes. But today he is no more. All because of ANGER!! That enrage feeling of displeasure, hostility or antagonism towards someone, of which is usually combined with an urge to harm, injure. ANGER indeed is an Enemy I've witnessed where a friend ran into his room and pull-out a big machete that looks like a Bolo. All because he was having a misunderstanding with his cousin. This is the exact thing that happened in the case of Comr. Stephen Mbarie. A young promising young man I remember the last struggle in the university; I remember his strength he put in, all for the Aluta survival, is it his love for Aluta? He put in his best for greatest Nigeria student. One among the things that we are certain about in life is death, yet we are never, ever ready for it. Losing a loved one is the most painful thing that anybody can go through. But no matter how strong the pain of losing a loved one may be, what is most important is that you had someone to love at all. As Lord Tennyson’s quote famously goes, ‘better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.’ So, no matter how hard it always may seem at first, life does go. The crucial question to ask yourself is: 'the death of Comr. Stephen Mbarie, what has it taught me'? The death of our Comr. Stephen Mbarie is indeed tough, sad, and bad. But also a good teacher In as much as we mourn about the hard task of living with this permanent gap, we should learn from his death. I believe anywhere he is right now he would want us to learn from this sad incident and learn how to manage our Anger Rip Comr. Https://www.facebook.com/incrediblehumanmind/

Stammering is a speech disorder characterized by repetition of sound or words, and prolongation of sounds and interruption of speech. More often than not, individuals who stammer knows what to say but have trouble producing a normal flow of speech. As a matter of fact, most individuals who stammer are extrovert; dying to speak, unfortunately stammering makes it difficult to communicate with other people. Stammering affects a person's quality of life and interpersonal relationship; friends laughing at them, siblings mocking them, parents expressing disappointment. This brings ANGER, FRUSTRATION, and PAIN, and all of these equals Unhealthy psychology. Stammering negatively influence job opportunities, that feeling of you're not worth it. Believe me, it is impossible to describe exactly what stammering feels like, because individuals who stammers also love living, communicating, relating, just like every normal being, but not in the way they're formed.
