As forkaddict has said, you guys have shown yourself great. I've had offers in the past when they took more than one year for recruitment process, I actually told them to f*** off. NLNG is a totally new terrain! Shiny and chrome! Everything else pales in comparison.

Obviously, Arewa will win. It's called Consistency and Finishing Strong.

Ada was leading at a point...but that has slipped downwards.

I expect anyone can be between positions 2-4, except Kumi. The competition is tough!

What even happened to Ada? She's becoming too predictable. But she still has it in there somewhere.

Anderson? Since he came back from the dead, he's just plateau. Good performances but no longer memorable. Lil swag n excess movement. But I still like him somehow.

Deinde! Swag is enough in Nigerian music. Enter studio... use autotune for your album. Love or hate him? You can't but notice him. He may even be the most successful in industry.

Kumi? Quite good. The competition actually her look average. She carries the weight of her entire country.

Nice recommendation! I've read the book and it has been helpful in my investment culture.

NLNG employed about 120 in 2007. In 2013, when oil prices were at an astronomical high through to mid 2014, the 150-160 figure was being bandied and I bought it hook, line, sinker, fishing rod, fisherman's arms, his boat et al. Tail end of 2014 and oil figures kept nose-diving erratically up to the last 2 months of 2015 when it has been below 45$ per barrel on average.

This portends unfavourable recruitment times. I am slashing that 160 by half so I came up with 80. NLNG as a company does not have the capacity to employ people beyond the goings-on in their own industry. I wager they would take alot more people via the waiting list and maybe call them up when the market fares better.

Ofcourse I am no authority. I feel the need to stress that.

Is NLNG into oil now. I thought it was gas; and you have said nothing about gas demand and prices. Flawed analogy!

Don't know about the guys or whether there were lots of cute girls when I had AC but mehn there was one blazing hawtie on my AC day. I'm not a fan of light skin babes (natural or *coughs* converted) but this natural fair babe was on my floor (though not my group) at Eko Hotel and Suites. Best way to describe her... *speechless*. Those of us local rappers were forming "not hungry". She didn't waste time to swaggishly teach the snails a lesson in company of one guy whose moniker here includes the words "spacy". I never knew distracting myself with activities is this difficult. Lots of travel, trying to start a business, investing, got a new certification, attended plenty weddings, eating their jollof rice, hanging out with friends.

Everything now pales in comparison with the mail that says "Congratulations! ". If only I had a well paying job I could be passionate about. Guys, I feel your pain!

As dway4ward says: it's not about the Range Rover. So many other plans. Plus I need the fairest graduate job in the land.

Some people may have realized by now that 3 weeks from your assessment centre day as communicated by NLNG is like a recorded voice message.

You most likely will hear from NLNG in November telling you result has been compiled and sent to management for approval. Management is going to approve some candidates for instant employment and wait list the others again hopefully in December.

Guys, hold your breath! This patience will wrought out perfection.

Who is spreading this falsehood? No one saw who Chike n Deinde voted on the night of Anderson's eviction. No one. For all I care, they did not vote. It was blank.
