I would suggest better to Go and Study in India. I will advised Nigerians to stay back home , because I don't see any difference of going to Ghana to study, apart from strike, one or to glitches in infrastructures ghana isn't better, have you ever ask yourself how many people have ghana produced in terms of education in the international front line without being bias, it tells you Nigeria need to put one two things in place.

If you're interested in schooling in any university outside Nigeria, it's required for you to check the following:
Facuity of Academia
staff to students ratio
Research publications by the university
Infrastructure of the university
Ranking and many more. When your check all these things thenow you will ask yourself whether it's wise to school in Ghana or not.

Private universities in Ghana is below the belt don't waste your time and money private universities in Nigeria are hundred miles away ahead of them , some private universities in nigeria are even better in term infrastructures and lecturer's, maybe experience may play one or two roles .

Public universities in Ghana are freaking expensive, such amount can be used to study abroad , I don't see why you should waste your time and money.
Imagine a public university in Ghana where Ghanaians pay 1700 cedis compared to foreigners that pay $10,000 or more, it shows their quality is below standard unlike in Europe where it a little different compared to foreigners.
From research I did, I know of many Nigerians who were bred and raised by Nigeria universities , they got their BSC in Nigeria, upon their arrival for masters degree in abroad have invent, contributed immersly in science and technology which are profound in everyday use compare to the Ghanaian counter part.

I think it is not your fault it is Media's fault that you think India is racist. India is the only country in the world which has never attached any other country in last 2000 years. India has accommodated African tribes more than 800 years ago from Tanzania, Mozambique etc Google Siddhi Tribe in India. They also ruled some part of India once. I would rather tell you to check Africans staying in India for 800 years google it and you would find the truth. I would not say there are no problems but problems are there every where even in Nigeria there are so many problems but you cannot say Ohh! Nigeria is unsafe place or hell.
