Just heard from someone who got interviewed for TA on Tuesday & got a cold regret mail this Friday morning with his status now 'no longer under consideration'

Poor guy is still shaken & dazed as he was really hopeful after his Tuesday interview things were finally clicking into place for him.

All I'm saying is the interviewers Ensured the atmosphere was nice and good.

Didn't change the nature of the questions asked.

Interviewers can be friendly while still asking you tough questions.

Being nice and friendly doesn't change that.

It's an interview and they are humans first before interviewers.

I can relate to this guy that explained how the test went.

for me the dragnet questions where relatable but I only had an issue where my light source got tampered with for which I had to step out to check because my home internet is tied to being on a direct power source.

I know how I prepared for this test knowing this was a good graduate opportunity but I think dragnet made their rules already on not leaving your testing space once you start.

We move regardless and might come in as experienced hire in subsequent roles within the industry.

Success to all those that made the cut and take this opportunity seriously because it's a life changing opportunity with lots of money accrued to it.

Responses might take a while, the least can be 3 weeks or more, but definitely can't go beyond 8 weeks.

All the same, it's favourable response we are all waiting but the long wait will be timetesting because it will test us.
