This is just for all the people who wants to use my words against me and turn it to something else, people,i dont use the facts that i cook nigerian food etc to say im a good actress, the reason i mentioned it is to let you know a little about myself and how serious i am about the culture, and im not speaking down on any of the nollywood actresses,i hope your not getting me wrong,i absolutely love nollywood and the movies,i love the actors/actresses,what im "fed up" with is the fact that a purely white person used in movies is not really good, but what i read in some posts i understand now why, because its hard to find somebody suitable for the role sometimes,so thats the answer to my question,
As for anything else i choose to watch a nollywood film, more than a hollywood ones, even sometimes i would watch yoruba movies where theres subtitles, and its just coz i love the culture, and it interests me,the stories are really good and its a really different perspective than some other movies,
I do love nigeria and i really dont wanna play on fact im white,i would like people to take me as one of their own, even if i could get a nigerian citizenship i would, its just a true passion i have for your country, and yeah, bad comments and laughing at me doesnt scare me,i actually understand why some people are negative, its hard to show who i am through posts, without meeting the person, but im positive that one day u would understand where im coming from and understand the person i really am,and that im not trying to be better than anyone else,or try to be laughing at anybody,im just trying to realize a dream, and even if it doesnt come true at least ive spoke and met new people, and seen different people reviews about this,

haha, its funny how people just out of no where gets all these lies, please find the place where i said nadia buari is a bad actress and post it up? And then call somebody names,
U see i know plenty of white people married to nigerians and they dont even know when they call them oyinbo, then dont even know how to make simple fried rice,
But when you really love the person u wanna become a part of their life and culture,my husband is yoruba,i can understand a lot of words and can speak a few too,i cook nigerian food, and its so nice, even his own mum cant believe it,the first time she ate it,she thought i was lying,if not for my hubby who was in the house with me,she woudnt have believing in me,
I know nigerians married to white, but the wife doesnt know anything about their culture, just they not interested they dont care,
Also i know women who speak even fluent igbo or yoruba and if not for their skin you would call them 100% nigerian,
If somebody came to me and said, please i wanna learn about your country and culture i would be proud and happy, not try to say the person is not genuine,or tryin to do 419,or even push them away at every chance,
Honestly,if theres something im doing wrong please tell me,

hahaha, well if i can prove i am real i would,i have a facebook account,a twitter account,e-mail,skype,
As i mentioned before i told you people know i speak in nigerian accent and nigerian english,is it bad or not u judge it,its just something u get used to living with nigerian family for 5 years now, and having nigerian friends,

Well,i dont need to explain myself, its just coz even in a small case if somebody from movie industry saw this forum, and maybe i got an audition what would be the point to pretend im somebody else?
Celebrities / Re: Im Fed Up Of "White" Nollywood Actresses by indzsh: 11:13pm On Oct 27, 2010
i never mentioned nadia buari is not a good actress, even i can say shes great,i was actually standing up for her, when somebody mentioned shes ugly, and how can i say im better in acting than any of the current actresses? I mean if i had a nollywood film where i acted,i can back up my opinion, and give examples, and other people would agree or not,but its not fair to compare myself with hard workin people who made more than few movies and had major roles in them,

Ive been working in Ireland in movie industry for over a year, been doing all type of different small roles in tv adverts and working on movie sets, and no,to me everyone has their own qualities and beauty and there is no way i would say im better than nadia buari,
And i understand how u feel, and i would never use the fact that im white to try to get anything or anywhere,i mean to me we are all equal, the skin colour doesnt matter, and i would never have a cheeky attidude to think im better, some months ago i went to nigerian embassy to collect some documents for a friend,so i waited in the queue, and the guy who worked there just came to me straight away and asked me what can he do for me, even thou there were people who waited there long before me,so that made me angry,i actually told him its not my turn and he should attend the others first,i would feel so bad if i was the nigerian people waiting there,so i know the feeling you may have against me or the other whites, who probably come to your country and try to take away jobs in these hard times, In Ireland when u apply for a job they give irish person first call, coz its their country,im not sure if its the same in nigeria and if its not its wrong, anyway im sorry for any bad feeling caused to you against me, but just to let you know we all look different, but we also have different attidudes and characters!

I know shes from Ghana, and my point was just as Majid Michel, just coz they from Ghana they ugly,or they not good, To me Nigerian/Ghanian productions are the best quality!
Celebrities / Re: Im Fed Up Of "White" Nollywood Actresses by indzsh: 6:51pm On Oct 27, 2010
Wow,Nadia Buari is ugly See thats the problem of Nigeria, half people are supportive and happy for somebody else and half is just jealous for no reason. In politics and in movies. Recently i heard that Majid Michel received a death threats if he would make any more movies in Nigeria, apparently hes taking the roles from the nigerian actors, is this even makes sense?
Hes a great actor,to me nobody stands beside him, well except Jim Iyke, hes pretty strong too,but Majid,he can act and be a romantic and quiet guy,he can be a rough trout, he can be a family man in a movie and he can be a mad man! He works so hard to achieve where he stands and sending him a death treats just coz maybe hes from Ghana is not nice. I mean if they started to kill each other in Hollywood over movie roles, how would the world be?
Also in politics, somebody tries to help out and make the country better, jealous people would destroy him and put a man in place who would spend country money on prostitutes and put it in his own pocket.
You know its not all about the looks, its about your acting skills and how good you can show the given role to the public,i may not be the beauty queen, but compared to white people ive seen in movies i think im the youngest out of them all,

Celebrities / Im Fed Up Of "White" Nollywood Actresses by indzsh: 3:17am On Oct 27, 2010
Hey everyone. Im a white girl, always dreamt of starring in a Nollywood movie, and no, im not one of those wannabes looking for fame,i have a experience, been working on a movie sets as a movie extra, not in a Nollywood productions thou, I have a nigerian friends, and i have a nigerian boyfriend,we been together for 4 years. Honestly people meeting me often would laugh im not white,im nigerian,i cook and eat only nigerian food,im used to spicy foods,i cook stew, egusi soup,akara,moi-moi,jollof rice, fried rice, yam, okro soup, pounded yam and lets just say almost every food thats there, all thanks coz of living with his mum for so long, and his sisters!

If a new nigerian person meets me they wud say ah ah this girl just speak like naija, wetin? And no,im not one of those girls who try to impress by talking pidgin and make it all sound just silly, just my accent, the way i pronounce words would sound like african english, which for me would work perfectly if i was acting in a nollywood film.

Ive been watching african films for a long time,so yesterday i saw a movie called One in a million with Mike Ezeronye(sorry if i misspelled it) and Nadia Buari, the white girl there was ok,but na waa o,whats all this, the white people in Nollywood are either old,or ugly, and for me i hate to watch films where actors dont look good. And then they dont even act nice.

Im just fed up of this "white" people roles,i would love to see a movie, where it would show a white girl, but u could see shes been grown up in nigeria,in all traditions and culture, responsible and attractive!

Im just posting up this in a hope, maybe someone who knows somebody in a movie industry could link me up.

Thank you for taking ur time to read this!
