Alibaba refund takes up to 10 days I one payed with his/her card. I'll just keep my fingers crossed and continue waiting. It's not up to 10 days yet

No, according to the seller, she had sent it down to DHL for packaging, so all that was left was for me to add that extra shipping fee, so DHL can start shipping.

Yea it happens atimes, similar situation happened to me on aliexpress after payment, d seller msg me dat their workers r risking dier life to get our order shipped dat is not easy in this pandemic n gave me an option dat is either i pay 3.5dollar more on shipping of 8dollars already or i open dispute and get my refund,i feel like i should report d seller and give a bad feedback comment, but i continue with the order for some reason 1. I need d item anyway to solve a problem 2.d seller is d only 1 dat sell cheaper compare to oda seller 3.my coupon of 4 dollar has been use for the order and even if i got a refund coupon r not refundable, so all equal still equals to me buying at d rate she sells without coupon,bcus she has already took 3.5 dollar extra out of d 4dollar coupon discount,and she also gat d best customer reviews amidst others seller of same product, so i was wondering why she did such or purposely wanna take my coupon n make it worthless.cus she know i might likely stick to her bcus of her offer and review, i tink she use dat power. I just felt like the supplier wasn't straight, I think your case is similar to mine, the seller was the only one on Alibaba selling that product for that cheap, and what I planned on doing was buying and reselling it, but after calculating my profit, I realised it wasn't worth it.

Some suppliers can act very funny sometimes. That was how I placed an order to be shipped via a particular shipping company but the seller changed it all of a sudden, telling me the option he chose was cheaper.

Like what d fvck, didn't I pay for that method of shipping??

I sensed something fishy was going on with this supplier, why didn't he confirm DHL current shipping fee, he was now telling me to add extra money after I had made payment that covered the goods and the shipping fee, that's why I opened dispute, till now, I've not seen my alert

I ordered a product in the beauty niche, I didn't ship, I paid supplier for shipping, the next day he texted and said that DHL have increased their shipping fee, that I should pay extra money so DHL can startpstart for my product, I didn't have the money, and besides I did my calculation, the the profit on it wasn't that much after paying that amount for shipping
