AdvertsIdeas For Self Employment You Can Develop Right Away by infobabao(op): 9:34pm On Apr 11, 2009
When it comes to seeking self employment, you can find almost an infinite number of ideas some of them involving different things like time, money or a very high level of expertise.

However, there are some ideas that can help you achieve the goal of becoming self employed which do not involve any of the above mentioned requirements, that is, they do not demand a lot of time to develop, you do not need a lot of money and you do not have to be an expert on anything.

The first of those ideas is affiliate marketing, which is probably the absolute best alternative for anyone looking to become self employed, because it demands little or no money to start, and you can scale up this business as much as you want, it is only a matter of time, know-how and some work on your part.

The good news however is that given the mechanics of affiliate marketing, you will have to work less than half of what you would have to at a regular 9 to 5 job, and yet you can make substantially more money than any day job will pay you.

Also, since the infrastructure you will need is 100% virtual, an affiliate marketing business can be up and running faster than any other and spitting money for you round the clock in less than a week (this will not always be the case, but it is perfectly achievable).

Bottom line, affiliate marketing is easy, it is cheap, it is fast, and it has a potential for profits as well as a ROI that very few business models can offer to a self employment seeker.

My second favorite is investing online, but not by putting my money in the hands of some big institution, as this will hardly make you enough money to become self employed (unless of course you are rich).

idea of investing online as a means of becoming self employed involves turning yourself into a professional trader, so it will be you -not some fat cat- managing your investment. Nowadays you can find really affordable tools and resources that can either help you become a pro or at least perform like one (which is what really matters).

If you manage your investment through the use of reliable tools and resources to help you read the markets and properly take advantage of its movements, you can gradually and steadily turn a small investment of under $500 into a few $1,000 within a short period of time, and over the long run the compounding effect will allow you to build a small fortune from which you will be able to make a comfortable living self employed.
BusinessThe Solo Professionals' Fear Of Idea Stealing by infobabao(op): 9:30pm On Apr 11, 2009
Prior to the Internet, stealing another person's ideas was hard and rare. Now, however, someone can take what you have and potentially run with it in a blink of an eye.

When you have an idea and the sheer fear of it being stolen invades and interferes with your progress, keep the following in mind:

* It's your idea. When the pet rock as invented, do you think the creator of it was saying, "what if someone else does this after I do"? Not likely. The idea was fresh and new and so far out there that the minute it hit the market, only the creator would own the idea. Now, maybe your idea is simply a unique twist around one or several things. That's ok. As long as it hasn't been oversold by others, there's a good chance that what you're offering will be the only one of it's kind!
* What's wrong if your information is so good that people want to pass it around? Good for you. The more people who see it, all the better for your. Think of it as free exposure. Someone reads it, gives it to a friend, and that person reads it and decides it so good that he/she signs up for your newsletter and/or buys product. You just got free advertising and you made money. (In fact, you should give the person commission who shared the information!)
* Protect yourself from the get go. Copyright every page of your web site and/or document, with the applicable disclaimers where they're appropriate. Put this information everywhere in the document - like a nagging mosquito at a summer party. If someone doesn't get the hint to leave it alone, don't worry about: bad karma will come back to them.
* Keep track of your information online. To find out if your content is somewhere else, use a web-based application such as CopyScape. You can pull down their banner and put it on web pages, in documents, etc. Likewise, go to a search engine and type in some unique phrases for your information and see where else it shows up. (I did this for a paragraph on my home page and discovered a travel agency in the Caribbean had used it. Do I care? Not really, because they aren't a competitor to what I do.)
* Ensure that what you say is original. If you're so worried about your ideas being stolen, make sure you haven't taken your information from someone else! Yes, it's fine to quote someone and give them credit. But taking their idea and only altering slightly make you the idea stealer - and a hypocrite!

Instead of worrying about what might happen, focus on what is going to happen with your idea: you'll become the expert, you'll make the money, and you'll be the one who gets the idea out their first!
Jobs/VacanciesJob Interview Success Is In The Handshake by infobabao(op): 9:27pm On Apr 11, 2009
People form impressions of others based on the smallest details. Perhaps when you read this message line you laughed at how improbable it would be to NOT get a job offer because your handshake was too strong or too weak.

Well, you’re right, it doesn’t work that way. However, it IS one of the details that people use to form an impression of you.

We’ve all been the recipient of those bone-crushing, gee-I’d-like-to-USE-that-hand-in-the-future handshakes. Think about the impression you form of the person who just delivered that blow. Do you consider them too aggressive? Inconsiderate? Powerful? Overcompensating? Overbearing? Are you likely to want to shake hands with them again? They could have a great personality and be a nice person, but nevertheless you form an impression of them from the handshake. That seemingly minor detail you then compile into your mental database to help you make an overall impression of that person.

What about those handshakes that are the typical limp fish? Or, those kind of “fingers-only” handshakes? They leave me with the impression that this person doesn’t want to get too close to me because I’m somehow contaminated. I never get a warm, friendly, approachable impression of those types of people. I am personally more influenced by the weak vs. the ultra-strong handshake to the point where if I was interviewing them for a customer service position, I would scrutinize their work experiences and resume a little harder to assure myself I was hiring the correct person. All because of a handshake.

It is hard to describe a “perfect handshake”, but I strongly recommend that you practice with a partner who will give you honest and direct feedback about what you are doing wrong. It might seem like a very minor detail, but when you’re interviewing for the perfect position you don’t want to take any chances.
AdvertsCopywriting For Beginners - Three Essential Tips by infobabao(op): 1:59pm On Apr 11, 2009
Would you like to begin a copywriting career? Copywriters are very well-paid; it's not unusual for top copywriters to make million-dollar incomes. But how do you get started?

In this article we'll discuss three copywriting essential tips you need to know.

1. What Is "Copy"?

"Copy" is essentially writing to persuade. Content on the other hand is usually written to inform. So a copywriter writes material like web sales pages, direct response copy, brochures -- all material which is written to persuade.

Understanding the primary role of copy -- persuasion -- is essential for career success.

2. Write for the Response Required

Since copywriting is writing to persuade, you need to write to get a desired response. For example, when you're writing a direct response letter the response required may be to have the customer pick up the phone and place an order, or visit a webpage and placed the order there -- the response is always specific, and measurable.

This means that when you're writing copy you need to keep the response required in mind at all times. There are many formulas for writing copy; however the best advice is to think about the customer, and write to answer his questions and persuade him to make the response required.

If you become a paint-by-the-numbers copywriter you'll never have the success you could have. This is simply because any formula you use rings false. This is why people complain about hard sell copy, and "cheesy" copy: no one believes it, least of all the copywriter.

If the customer realizes you're trying to persuade him, the copy is just bad writing. Good copy should be transparent.

How do you achieve this? By understanding that you need to persuade yourself first before you can persuade anyone else.

3. The Difference Between Copywriters who Make $25 and Those who Make $250 an Hour: Results

Unlike other forms of writing, copywriting is judged on results. The difference between a copywriter who earns $25 an hour and a copywriter who earns $250 an hour is that the $250 an hour copywriter gets results.

When you're a new copywriter, and don't yet have a track record you can't expect to be paid at the same rate as somebody who does have a track record. However, with the each job you complete you're building your track record.

Encourage your clients to share the results of the copy you write for them, so you can see how your copy performs, and can improve it.

Can YOU become a highly paid copywriter? Yes you can. Take these tips to heart, and prosper in your new career.

AdvertsA Valuable Internet Marketing Method For Online Business Growing - Optin List by infobabao(op): 12:57am On Apr 11, 2009
Optin Lists are the Key to Internet Business Growth.

Optin List Building is a relatively new concept to most Internet Business people. It is a different but easy and highly valuable way to succeed in Internet Marketing. A website alone is not enough to succeed on the Internet anymore.

Many online entrepreneurs become frustrated due to lack of traffic to their site. An even bigger problem is lack of conversion of those visitors to a sale. Optin Lists can help. Your site may have significant traffic, but if visitors do not buy anything, you may have succeeded in giving them basic information but they have not profited from the larger benefit in the product you are providing access to. Optin List Building gives you the opportunity to contact them about the product again and to give them additional information.

Studies indicate people need to be exposed to the concept that your product has a greater value to them than they may have recognized upon first look. It is like the old adage indicating not judge a book by its cover. Often repeating the message, just using a product once or seeing a demonstration can suddenly start a whole new way of thinking now or in the future.

An effective way to do this is to build an Optin List. In fact, most Internet Marketing experts will tell you that establishing a highly targeted Optin List is the most efficient and useful way to work in Internet Marketing. For both new and existing businesses the Optin page becomes an energy transfer point, (like the transmission of a car) where you can focus and control the flow of information (energy) to the client. Without the Optin page you could be coasting in neutral for a long time.

An Optin List contains email addresses of people who have agreed to accept communications from you. The term "Optin" means they choose (opt) to be on your list. They give you their email address and that legally allows you to send them whatever newsletters, brochures, or promotions you have in your online business. You must have their permission first, before you send them information, because unsolicited emails are regarded as spam, which is illegal on the web.

Many online entrepreneurs consider the OptIn List Generator software their best online tool. It first gets the consumer's permission, which allows repeated, sustained contact drawing attention to and further interest in their product(s). By creating an Optin List, you will also be able to maintain solid contact with buyers that bought before and at the same time make additional sales because you have a sure targeted market always ready to purchase similar products.

Optin Lists are so critical to Internet Marketers business that if, hypothetically in a disaster, they could only save just a single item it would be a backup CD their Client list information.
